Earthquarter asks for only the details needed to help you join, receive reminders, and track your weekly switch-off evidence.
When you join Earthquarter, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, address type and address details, date of birth, weekly Earthquarter plan, selected currency, and the average electricity bill amount for the past three months.
If you use evidence check-ins, you may also choose to upload a photo showing your Earthquarter moment. Please do not upload private documents, bill account numbers, passwords, identity documents, or anything you do not want to share.
We use this information to save your plan, send confirmation emails, prepare weekly reminder links, show your dashboard/history on this device, and understand the impact of the Earthquarter movement.
The average electricity bill amount is collected only as a basic reference point for energy awareness. Earthquarter does not ask for your electricity account number or payment details.
If you choose "Save my plan on this device," your form details are saved in your browser on the same device using local storage. This helps the form stay filled when you come back.
Email features use EmailJS to send messages to you and to Earthquarter. Google Calendar links open Google Calendar so you can add your own recurring reminder.
Earthquarter does not sell your personal information and does not publicly share your private details. Information is used only for Earthquarter participation and may be handled by services needed to run the site, such as EmailJS for email delivery or Google Calendar when you choose to open a reminder link.
You can choose not to save your plan on your device. You can also clear saved Earthquarter data by clearing this website's browser storage. If you need help or want to ask about your information, email us at earthquarter24@gmail.com.
